Dear {{ subscriber.first_name }},

By now you should have been taken to the page to download your free PDF World War II Genealogy Starter Kit. If, for some reason that didn’t happen, you can download it here.

I’m passionate about finding ancestors and then saving their stories. My newsletter is all about making those deeper connections, both to family and to you, my genealogy friend.

Whether the ancestors you find and the stories of their everyday life are legends from hundreds of years ago or your mom’s story about her courtship, they all have value. For me, it’s the stories that keep family alive.

In order to get started, I’ll need you to do a couple of things first. Ok?

Make sure you receive my emails.

Sometimes email providers send newsletters to the “spam” or “promotions” folders by accident. They’re trying to do their job and protect you from all the junk out there, yet they’re preventing you from gaining all of the new genealogy info I’m going to send. Ouch. If you’re using Gmail, make sure to drag this email from your “Promotions” folder into your “Primary” folder.

Alternatively, add this email address to your contact list. Now you won’t have to worry about missing out on anything good.

Next, please help yourself to my genealogy resources . . .

Although you’re going to find a lot of information on my website, I share even more every single day on my Genealogy Teach Pinterest and Facebook Pages. Take two seconds to join me:

But now,{{ subscriber.first_name }}, for the most important part: Please click reply and introduce yourself

  1. What type of research do you struggle with?
  2. What geographic areas are you currently searching?

Or, anything else you’d like me to know.

Please note, this information is private. It helps me understand how I can create content that helps you!

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your family tree journey.

Warmly,

Nancy Hendrickson

p.s. The next few days are going to be amazing.

Hi {{ subscriber.first_name }},

I have to tell you, I’m honestly downright excited that you’re here.

Before telling you what to expect from my newsletters and the website, I wanted to put a face to the name so you know who the heck you’re talking to. 😉  MY PICTURE IS HERE

I’m Nancy Hendrickson and I guess you could say I run things around here! This is me, finding the tombstone of my great-great-grandfather. It took years to find the cemetery and then – with the help of friends – to uncover the tombstone from the furrow in which it had fallen.

What to Expect

You’ll receive my newsletter approximately twice a month, sometimes more often if there’s something time-limited I want to share. On the website each month I’ll be posting:

  • Your Ancestors World (short articles about various time periods)
  • ideas for more effective genealogy searches
  • Honoring Ancestors posts
  • genealogy tips
  • family story ideas
  • Save-a-Story Saturdays (twice a month)

If there’s a topic you’d like to know more about, click the Reply button and let me know. I always love hearing from you.

Be well, and happy hunting!

Nancy Hendrickson

P.S. I have something pretty awesome I’m sending your way tomorrow.
